Jasmina Cordal

BSc (hons), Osteopath, Practice Owner

Jasmina has been has been a practicing osteopath for over 15 years with a wide range of skills in physical health management and well-being gained through her degree in osteopathy since 1998 and further osteopathic education and training courses over the years.

Jasmina has trained in many areas over the years and has enthusiastically followed her varied interests within the complimentary and alternative therapy field; cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy, obstetric osteopathy, nutritional therapy, foot biomechanics and orthotic fitting, golf specific physiotherapy, acupuncture for the musculoskeltal system, yoga postures for health, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, colonic massage therapy and other various massage techniques.

Jasmina worked and trained at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in 2000 for a year, she particularly focused on developing her osteopathic skills to specialise in paediatric osteopathy (new-born through to teens) and obstetric osteopathy, alongside training as a Gentle Birth Method practitioner. Jasmina enjoys her specalised area, stating; "I feel drawn to and honoured to work with and support women during their pregnancy and with their beautiful new born babies."

Claire Fitchie

BOst (Hons), Osteopath

Claire graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a bachelor's degree (with Honors) in Osteopathy and has taken a further course in Cranial osteopathy. She is registered with the General Osteopath Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.

She enjoys treating all ages with a combination of techniques, using a traditional osteopathic approach and modern techniques to treat a wide range of conditions, injuries and general aches and pains. Such as massage, joint mobalisation, stretching/ MET's, HVT manipulation and more gentle techniques like cranial osteopathy and functional techniques. Her cranial osteopathic training also enables her to treat children and new-borns.

She also focuses on making patients more aware of their own bodies and posture, advising ways for them to help themselves at home through personalised stretching and exercises, to gain strength and flexibility in specific muscles and joints, with some nutritional advice to aid recovery. Also advising adaptions to standing or seated posture to aid recovery and aim to prevent re-injury in future.

Chantal Posse

Chantal Posse is our new associate osteopath.
Chantal is an accomplished osteopath with specialized qualifications in sports therapy, sports massage, Rock Blade techniques, and pre- and post-natal care. Additionally, Chantal
holds advanced certifications in cardiac rehabilitation, allowing for comprehensive care that spans a wide range of patient needs. With a deep commitment to holistic health and a focus
on personalized treatment plans, Chantal enhances physical performance, aids in recovery, and supports overall well-being through a multifaceted approach to osteopathic medicine.
Qualifications
 BoST in Osteopathy: Extensive training in osteopathic medicine, emphasizing a
holistic, patient-centred approach to healthcare.
 Certified Sports Massage Therapist: Expertise in the prevention, diagnosis,
treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. Proficient in techniques that
alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance athletic performance.
 Exercise referral specialist: Expertise in creating and managing exercise programs for
individuals with chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, and
cardiovascular diseases.
 Rock Blades Certification: Skilled in the use of Rock Blades for myofascial release
and soft tissue mobilization, promoting optimal function and recovery.
 Pre- and Post-Natal Care Certification: Specialized training in managing
musculoskeletal issues related to pregnancy, providing safe and effective care for
expectant and new mothers.
 Cardiac Rehabilitation Certification: Advanced training in cardiac rehabilitation,
focusing on restoring and maintaining cardiovascular health through tailored
exercise, diet and treatment.

Beth Jones

Sports Massage Therapist

Beth Jones is our new sports massage therapist.

Beth completed her PhD in Psychology and Pharmacology in 2011 and worked in medical education for many years before becoming a personal trainer and sports massage therapist.
She is qualified in a range of movement disciplines including classical ballet, strength and conditioning for dancers, personal training for general fitness, and exercise to music. In September 2024 she will begin a Master’s degree in sports therapy, which will allow her to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries.  
As a sports massage therapist, Beth enjoys treating clients from all sporting and performing arts backgrounds, using a variety of techniques including longitudinal and cross-fiber massage, myofascial releases, soft tissue releases, trigger pointing, and METs. She also enjoys using her background in fitness to provide patients with exercises, stretches, and soft tissue releases that can be performed at home to help maintain their strength and flexibility between treatments.
